What This Service Includes
This flat-fee service includes selection and preparation of the appropriate California residential lease form and related standard forms typically used with a residential tenancy. The forms are completed based on the business terms you provide, such as rent amount, lease term, security deposit, utilities, and basic use rules.
The service includes delivery of a complete, assembled lease packet ready for signature.
How It Works
After you engage us, you will complete a guided intake and provide the property and lease terms. We will select the appropriate standard forms, complete them based on your inputs, and assemble them into a single lease packet. Once complete, the finalized lease package is delivered to you for use with your tenant.
What This Service Does Not Include
This service does not include custom drafting, negotiation with the tenant, property management, tenant screening, serving notices, handling disputes, or representation in any eviction or litigation. It also does not include ongoing legal advice or review of tenant-proposed changes. If your situation requires custom provisions, negotiation, or legal strategy, a separate engagement would be required.
