Fees
Because our matters often involve complex facts, significant assets, and evolving legal issues, representation is typically provided on an hourly basis.

However, in select matters, alternative or flat-fee arrangements may be considered where the scope of work can be clearly defined in advance. Contingent (percentage) fee, deferred fees, and payment plans are available for qualifying cases.
